I think as first we should understand about what is job and what is business

Jobs
Job is a platform where u need an education qualification of related branch.basically in job u r a servant of other people from 9-5 you this is very irritating for us like when u were doing your job then u went 9 am in your office.you will do your job with full efficiency after if small mistake if u do then they may angry on u and you can't do nothing.this is whole information about job

Business
business is a platform where u can do anything whose u want nothing is your boss.nothing can gave order u r not a servant of any other person.you have no time bounded that's I recommend business is more strategic term.
Okk I will tell a story about two friends thay both r bank employer one wants to reach at a manger post and one want to reach at a royal life they left their job and starting a sweet shop many people will irritate them and say what r u doing after bank preparation u r sweet shopkeeper u r losser in your life.but they don't care of any other people and they only focus on their business they r a talented person he will make vary sweet dishes after some time they were open new branches in their city.after long time his friend which r working in a bank they met them and tell u r a fool who left the job see I became a manager and my salary is 80000rs . Shopkeeper give a small smile and tell them my monthly salary is 3-5 lakh rupees.again manager punch them and said 20 staff works in my under again shoopkeeper smile and tell them 200 workers works in my under not only their state rather another state also last puch was gutted by shopkeeper and ask manager tell me one thing you got 80 thousand salary per month how much your son got salary in first month,manager says I think 30 thousand around because they starting from starting

Then shopkeeper says my son starts with a salary of 3 lakh per month........
